A period of noticeably fewer serious injuries occurred while practicing Yoga postures daily.  Also, my most serious skateboarding injuries occurred when I had no warm-up at all.

I consider myself lucky I've had very little nervous-system or connective-tissue damage.  Also, I've noticed the pain and stress of the most serious injuries are neutralized by a healthy adrenal system.

You can fall many times in life but you're never a failure as long as you try to get up.
